Hiring for Programs New to OHS Interim Management

A CDI Head Start representative will email staff of the prior Head Start/Early Head Start operator with information and instructions to apply for a position using our on-line job board. In addition to the information you will receive during the application process, we will also host a New Employee Mandatory Orientation (NEMO). Our NEMO Day is an opportunity to find out everything you need to know about how CDI HS operates the Head Start Program, our expectations of employees, the benefits we offer and more. Head Start/Early Head Start Programs that are just beginning OHS Interim Management will have an on-line job board which is open only to staff of the prior Head Start/Early Head Start Operator during the startup period. 

When you attend NEMO, you should bring:

  • Current resume
  • Copies of transcripts, degrees, diplomas or other educational certificates
  • Original documents (such as Driver’s License and SS card) to accompany your I-9 which will be used to verify your eligibility to work in the United States
